Four ways to work with me, each with a fixed fee and a written scope. Most people start with one room.
Furnishing
Rooms designed, ordered, delivered, installed and styled for a fixed design fee, with every supplier price shown. A 15% procurement fee applies to what I buy for you.

A 90-minute visit to one room, then a written plan within three business days: layout, what stays, what goes, and a priority shopping list. The $650 comes off your design fee if you book a Furnished Room within 14 days.

One room designed, ordered, delivered, installed and styled in about ten weeks. Includes a concept, floor plan, itemised furniture schedule, one round of revisions and a handover walk-through. Each extra room is $1,900. Furnishing budgets start at $12,000 a room.

Up to four rooms furnished as one project over 10 to 14 weeks, with one combined install and a weekly update. Quoted after a Room Edit. Furnishing budgets start at $40,000.
Selling and trade
Getting a home ready for photographs, or furniture and fittings for a development. Same person, same programme, same weekly update.

One styling day using your own furniture before the photographer arrives, with hire pieces arranged if you need them.

Furniture, fittings and equipment for display suites, apartments and small commercial fit-outs, bought, delivered and installed to a programme. Fees are a fixed percentage of the FF&E budget.

The design fee is fixed. The 15% procurement fee is charged on the cost of what I buy for you, and any trade discount I receive comes off your price. You pay for goods before they are ordered.
