FF&E

Procurement and install. I take the FF&E schedule from your designer, or build one from the drawings, then price it, order it, track every lead time and install it before handover. One point of contact, a weekly status report, and a defects list closed out before I leave site.
Packs

Apartment furniture packs. Furnished apartments for build-to-rent, display suites and investor stock, priced per apartment and installed in one programme, so handover day and move-in day can be the same day.

Run like a fit-out. My background is commercial fit-out project management, so you get a programme, a budget tracker and written variations, not a mood board and a hopeful delivery date. The fee is a fixed percentage of the FF&E budget, agreed before I start.
